Sign-in issues
- Check the email and password for typos.

- Confirm you are on a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
- Sign out and sign back in if data appears stale.
Subscription prompts on iOS
- Verify you are signed into the App Store.
- Open Manage Subscriptions from Settings.
- Try Restore Purchases from the Upgrade screen.
App freezes or crashes
- Force close and reopen the app.
- Restart the device.
- Update to the latest app version.
