How to request deletion
- In the app: go to Settings → Delete account for self-service deletion.
- Email support@xoloflow.com with the subject “Delete my account.”
- Include the email address used to sign in.
What gets deleted
- Account profile and credentials
- Clients, projects, time entries, and invoices
- Synced data stored on our servers
Timeframe
Requests are usually completed within 7 business days.
