Data Deletion

Request account deletion.

We will delete your account and synced data upon request.

How to request deletion

  • In the app: go to Settings → Delete account for self-service deletion.
  • Email support@xoloflow.com with the subject “Delete my account.”
  • Include the email address used to sign in.

What gets deleted

  • Account profile and credentials
  • Clients, projects, time entries, and invoices
  • Synced data stored on our servers

Timeframe

Requests are usually completed within 7 business days.
