Getting Started

Welcome to xoloflow.

xoloflow is a time tracker built for freelancers who need clean time logs, AI-assisted descriptions, and fast invoicing. iOS is available on the App Store. Android is coming soon.

1. Create your account

  • Sign up with email or social login.
  • Verify your email with the 6-digit code if prompted.

2. Add your first client

  • Go to Clients and tap “Create Client.”
  • Add a client name and contact details for invoicing.

3. Create a project

  • Open Projects and create a new project tied to your client.
  • Add a rate if you bill hourly.

4. Track your first entry

  • Start a timer or add a manual entry.
  • Add a clear description and optional tags.

5. Create your first invoice

  • Create an invoice from tracked entries.
  • Export a PDF and send to your client.
